We continue monitoring the situation and recent news surrounding the COVID-19 virus. We would like to take a moment to update you on the precautions we are taking with our employees, along with steps to ensure we continue fulfilling our commitments to you.
We have shared with our employees the CDC recommendations on how we can help prevent the spread of the virus, including the importance of washing hands and staying home if one feels sick. We have asked our professionals to limit nonessential travel whenever possible and have implemented reporting requirements for employees with travel planned for certain locations. Per CDC recommendations, we may require employees who have traveled to certain regions to remain away from our office and client sites for 14 days upon their return.
For CGRS members that visit your sites and facilities, we ask that you remain in communication with your CGRS contact regarding any location updates, closures or special guidelines they need to follow. Should it become necessary, we are well positioned from a technology standpoint to complete our work and provide high-quality service to you from alternate and offsite locations. We will communicate directly with you if situations arise that we believe may change how we work with you.
