Emergency Spill Response

CGRS provides fast and effective response to any environmental emergency.

We have worked with local, state, and federal agencies as well as private clientele to handle emergency situations quickly and effectively, protecting human health and the environment.

CGRS has 24/7 emergency-response capabilities. That means we are available weekends, nights and holidays – because we know emergencies don’t always happen during business hours and time is of the essence.

Qualified personnel, well-maintained equipment and administrative support are available to deliver emergency response services at all times. We maintain an array of maintenance and construction equipment including track hoes, skid steers, dump trailers and vacuum trailers as well as spill containment, spill response, sampling and well-installation materials.

With our main office in Fort Collins and satellite offices in Colorado Springs and Grand Junction, we are positioned to mobilize to your site as emergencies arise.

CGRS’s on-call field personnel are trained to respond to a variety of conditions including (but not limited to):

  • Surface release of petroleum hydrocarbons
  • Tanker truck rollovers and/or accident response
  • Hazardous chemical cleanup

Our on-call field personnel are assigned vehicles equipped with all equipment required to conduct assessment and emergency or remedial response.  Our field personnel are well-trained individuals prepared for a variety of conditions. and CGRS works with local and national laboratories to provide NELAP-certified analytical services.
