EPA SPCC Compliance Inspection Forms: The EPA is actively inspecting facilities required to have SPCC Plans in spite of the fact that they are still settling some disputes in regards to proposed changes. Make sure your SPCC Plan complies with the latest EPA guidelines by taking time to review the following inspection forms:
Secondary Containment Testing:
Testing currently required in California to meet SB 989 requirements which includes testing of UST annular space, secondary containment piping, under-dispenser containment, turbine sumps and over-spill buckets.
Enhanced Leak Detection Pre-Testing: Testing required in California for any UST system installed prior to July 1, 2003 and located within 1,000 feet of a public drinking water well.

AST and UST Tank Inspection Services: This service is provided by our American Petroleum Institute (API) certified tank inspector and includes ultrasonic testing, and internal and external visual inspections.
Tank Lining: A cost-effective alternative to equipment replacement, we offer a variety of coatings that can be applied to tanks used both in industrial and commercial settings, including tanks used to store petroleum, petrochemical, water, solvent and other liquids.
Portable Treatment System:
The primary use of the unit is to recover, treat and discharge petroleum contaminated water. It can be used to treat wash waters associated with tank cleaning and for dewatering of excavations.
