Construction Technician I
Self motivated and mechanically skilled. Performs fueling and remediation system installations and various repairs on client sites. Inputs data, prepares reports and maintains files. Install equipment, which may include but not be limited to, tanks, piping, dispensers, spill buckets and overfill drop tubes. Perform required lock-out/tag-out procedures needed to carry out duties. Be able to communicate with clients and staff verbally and in writing. Methods include personal contact, telephone and email. Carry out field documentation and assists with equipment maintenance. Follow strict safety protocols. Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School diploma required. Course work in Construction Management a plus.
- Three or more years of experience in a related position based on education and skill sets. 40 hour OSHA training a plus. (Preferred)
Construction Foreman
Knowledgeable in fueling system components (tanks, piping, leak detection etc.) Must have 5 years minimum experience in fueling system (UST/AST) installation and retrofitting. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Database and computer experience a must. Clean MVR, 40hr OSHA, background and drug test required. Any or all of the following certifications are preferred: ICC UST Installation/Retrofitting ICC UST Decommissioning, ICC AST Installation/Retrofitting, ICC Wyoming UST Operator, OPS UST Installer Certification, City of Cheyenne Contractor License F-1 Flammable & Combustible Liquids, City of Aurora UST Install and Removal Licenses, State of Nebraska State Fire Marshal Certification for installation of USTs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
